We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. Larger events may require more lead time. 

Basic setup and food presentation are included. Cleanup and full-service staffing are available for an additional fee; please ask for details when you contact one of our team members. 

Absolutely! Our packages are flexible. You can mix and match or add items for an additional charge. We’ll work with you to create a perfect menu. 

Some items may have additional costs based on selection (e.g., premium meats or specialty dishes). All pricing will be reviewed and confirmed with you before your event in your service agreement. 

Yes, for an additional charge we offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverage options, including sweet tea, lemonade, some sodas, and bottled water. While we do not provide alcoholic beverages directly, we’re happy to coordinate with licensed bartenders or allow you to supply your own, depending on your event needs. Let’s discuss what works best for you! 

To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit (25% of your total package) and a signed service agreement are required. Your booking is not confirmed until both are received.

The deposit amount will be outlined in your proposal and is typically 25 % of your total package. The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before your event. 

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. The deposit is non-refundable. Minor changes may be accommodated up to ten (10) days before the event, depending on availability.
